Program Benefits

Widest Selection. Broadband National has API integration for real-time accurate results with the leading residential and commercial broadband providers including Earthlink, AT&T High Speed Internet, Qwest, Comcast, Charter, Time Warner Cable and Cablevision among others. Broadband National is the first company to integrate with SBC, Covad, Qwest & SpeakEasy's business product lines. With the widest selection available, and the largest national footprint, Broadband National can provide your customers with greater coverage and more options resulting in better conversions and higher revenues to affiliates.

Competitive Commissions. Affiliates can choose from volume-based or fixed fee commission structures.

Real-Time Reporting. Broadband National provides an online extranet which allows Affiliate Partners real-time access to broadband sales reports. The Affiliate Partner Extranet displays all orders for each Affiliate Partner's tracking URL, including sub agent IDs. In addition the Extranet will display the implementation status of each order. In the future the Extranet will display Affiliate Partner Commission details. The Affiliate Partner Extranet allows our Affiliate Partners to run near real-time reports based on order number, agent ID or store location (as appropriate), contact name, service phone number and by date range. The online reports are downloadable into an Excel spreadsheet and can be uploaded to customer sites via FTP for an additional fee. Each Affiliate Partner will receive their Extranet User Name and Passwords from their Business Development Executive. The fields that are included on the orders and order status report are defined below.

  • Partner ID - Displays all sales that have been attributed to the Affiliate Partner. If an Affiliate Partner has implemented multiple levels of tracking (agent/store/etc.), queries can be run for specific IDs by selecting from the Affiliate Partner ID dropdown list.
  • Sub ID - The Affiliate Partner Extranet reports show sales data based on the information that was attached to the ID when the sale was recorded. The reports will sort the sales by the sub IDs.
  • Order Number - The order number is unique to each customer and is provided on the customer's order confirmation page.
  • Contact - Allows a query by the customer's contact name. Successful queries require the contact name to be entered exactly as the customer had inputted during the order process (First Name and/or Last Name w/middle initial as appropriate).
  • Start Date - Beginning date for running queries based on date ranges.
  • End Date - Last date for running queries based on date ranges.
  • Service Phone - Phone number entered during order process.

Highest Conversion Ratios. Broadband National has optimized the qualification process in order to provide affiliate partners with the highest conversion rates. By leveraging our proprietary IBIS (Integrated Broadband Information System), customers may qualify using a service phone number only as opposed to an extensive address form. Additionally, affiliates may utilize the Broadband National 'Retouch' Program. Our trained broadband consultants will recontact any of those customers who do not order only and attempt to close the sale via telephone. Affiliates who utilize our 'retouch' program enjoy conversions 400% to 600% greater than online only.

Effective Marketing Tools. Broadband National provides a wide range of quick search boxes, skyscraper banners and tile ads, monthly special newsletters and tips/tricks on online marketing and search engine optimization. All the links contained in the marketing material we provide you include your partner ID which ensures you'll receive proper credit for all your referrals.
